Welcome to the world of Penelope!

Hello and Happy New Year! It is my prayer that each of us experience more growth, more joy, more laughter, more relationships, and more of life in 2025! I am the mother to 3 amazing young men - Trey, Ty, and Trent. I am the wife to Darren, a loving, social man who LOVES to talk real estate investing. I'm also blessed to be loved by 2 little munchkins, Amelia and Dallin, who call me PenPen (my cool grandma name). I love to travel, meet new people, explore breweries, enjoy the stillness of the beach, and spend time with family and friends. I love sharing Jesus with others, as He has walked beside me in the valleys and on the mountaintops.

As a native of Abingdon, VA, I moved to the Knoxville suburbs in 1995 to pursue my lifelong desire as a teacher. After 23 years of using my teaching skills and abilities, I decided it was time to venture out of the classroom. Wow! What a ride it has been from teaching 5 year olds how to read to teaching 50 year olds how to create a welcoming, safe, furnished environment for traveling professionals.

Goals

My desire is to coach and encourage people to be the best they can be in everything they do. While this includes Mid-Term Rentals for property owners and traveling professionals, it is definitely not limited to such. We must first take care of ourselves before we can ever begin to help others. I have a deep desire to assist women and/or couples learn to thrive together while encouraging as well as challenging each other.

While I've been in the education field for many years, the last few years have presented opportunities to build knowledge, exposure, and accessibility in the Mid-Term Rental space in my day to day experiences. Through research, followup, feedback, and many lifelong learning experience, I will use the knowledge gained from yesterday to make today's experience better and provide greater opportunities for tomorrow!
